For the convenience and the best service, the eshop www.simple-city.gr has the following alternative payment methods.

1. By debit or credit card in the secure Winbank environment of Piraeus Bank

If you own a credit card VISA, MasterCard, Maestro you can use it safely through our order form. The credit card payment process is covered by the most modern security standards. By using a credit card you can pay up to 12 interest-free installments, depending on the capabilities and limitations of your card. For purchases over 200 euros, interest-free installments are valid, one installment per 100 euros.

Buy in installments: You can only buy products in installments through your credit card. The company has taken all the necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks. It is important that you provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address. In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.

2. By cash on delivery

Cash on delivery the moment you receive the products. In the case of cash on delivery, the customer is charged the cost of shipping and cash on delivery as stated before the completion of the order. The cost of cash on delivery is 1.5 € for any delivery area. According to the current tax provisions, vouchers worth more than € 500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and vouchers worth more than € 500 (VAT included) to professionals / companies (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY with the following ways:

Credit or debit card debit

3. By deposit in a bank account

In the justification of the deposit you should fill in the number and name of your order. Interbank fees for payments from different banks are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your order will not be shipped until the deposit is completed

4. Upon receipt from the store

In the final stage of completing the order, select "Receipt from store" in the Shipping Method. Your order will remain valid in the store for 3 days unless we are informed otherwise. The payment of the order will be made at the cash register of the store upon receipt. In case you choose to pay for your order with a credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made at the store. You must have your credit card and ID (or passport) with you when paying for the order at the store checkout.
