What is the right pillow for me?

The pillows are used to support the head during sleep and their purpose is to keep the spine in a straight line. So depending on the way we sleep and the hardness of the mattress we use, we choose the corresponding pillow. The rule is that the pillow should keep our spine in a straight line.

In a few words:

• If we sleep face down we need a soft-low pillow.
• If we sleep on our backs we need a medium pillow.
• If we sleep sideways we need a hard "inflatable" pillow.

Care

• Shake your pillows daily and let them ventilate for 15-20 minutes.
• All our pillows are machine washable at 30-40 degrees at low-medium speeds up to 800.
• For better drying use a dryer. If not, lay them horizontally on the rack in a place that has no moisture and is not directly visible to the sun.
• We recommend washing the pillows 4 times a year at least if you use a protective case (which you have to wash every week).
• If you do not use a protective case, wash the pillows every 2 months.

Save

If you need to store your pillows, put them in a cloth bag that is not tightly closed at the top of the closet that does not hold moisture (there should be no other things above them). It is necessary to wash them first and let them dry very well.
