Most products are shipped the next business day by our own means, by telephone, or by a partner courier company (ACS or General Post).

There are 3 ways to send:

3. pick up from the store

By Courier

Shipping costs will be € 3 up to 4 kilos and depending on the policy of each transport, the charge for extra kilos increases. Costs may exceed this amount due to the volume of products or in case your area is inaccessible by courier companies.

Volumetric weight in kg = ((length * width * height in cm)) / 5000

· ATTENTION !: In some remote areas courier delivery is still not possible. In such cases the shipment could be made by ELTA.

Transport agency

For the heavy / bulky items that you want from us to send you, will be done by a transport agency, with time and place of delivery by arrangement. The charge in this case varies depending on the volume of your package. Cash on delivery is accepted only for amounts up to € 500. In case the amount is higher, the amount of the order must be deposited in our bank account in one of the contracted banks.

Delivery via Courier

For Crete: 3 working days Upon completion of your order. For the rest of Greece: 3-6 working days Upon completion of your order. For inaccessible areas, delivery time may be longer.

Delivery through Agency

10-14 working days Upon completion of your order.

In addition, in case your order includes a product available after ordering from our supplier, the time required to be sent to our warehouse is added to the delivery time. Your order will be ready when all the products are available in our warehouse.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the Postal Code which you declare when registering your order and based on the volume and / or weight of your order.
