The order can be canceled in the following cases:

Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can go "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart by pressing the X button to "remove item".

If the online order has been completed however the product has not been shipped yet, you can contact the Online Shopping Customer Service Department by phone: +30 28210 99411/99421 (local charge) or by e-mail: orders@simple-city.gr, and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.

After receiving the product, contact the Customer Service Department of online purchases by phone: +30 28210 99411/99421 (local charge) or via e-mail: orders@simple-city.gr to explain the reason you wish to cancel the order . One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options.

In any case and for all the cases mentioned above, the maximum cancellation period may not be extended beyond ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt.
