SIMPLE CITY SA gives you the right to return the products you bought and / or request their replacement, within ten (10) calendar days, either because you encountered a problem in the ordering process or found a problem in a product, or because you changed opinion.

Return - Product Replacement

The return of products is accepted in case:

I. Wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport)

II.  There was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) covered by the product warranty. This does not include products covered by third party warranties such as the product manufacturer or his dealer. * Find out about the guarantee from the product page or by phone / written contact with us.

III. You changed your mind about the product of your choice. The packaging must be in its original condition and not damaged.

Return conditions

In any case of the above, each return and / or replacement must be made within fourteen (10) calendar days from the date of purchase.

The products to be returned must have not been used, must be in the condition in which they were received, complete and undamaged, their packaging must be what normally accompanies them and must be in excellent condition, together with all the documents which the accompanied (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, etc.) upon delivery.

** The right to return are excluded the linen, offer products, special orders (in dimensions to your measurements or color of your choice) and used products.

Courier return process

1. Contact our company to inform about the need to return the product you ordered from SIMPLE CITY SA. After your consultation with our representative, and the justification of your return and after acceptance, you continue to the next step.

2. Place in the package you have made a document in which you tell us how you wish to resolve the outstanding financial issue, if the product is deemed fit for return.

 3. Send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of the Returns Department.

Please note that return costs are borne by the customer.

Money Back in Product Refund cases:

In case of product returns, refunds are not accepted, only the issuance of a credit note valid for 60 days. refund is made.We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense. In case of repeated returns or in case SIMPLE CITY SA realizes, in its absolute discretion, that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, he has every right to refuse the return of the product even if the above conditions are met.

Finally, SIMPLE CITY SA reserves the right to cancel or modify its return policy, at any time, by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on simple-city.gr.
